SABSUS Site Privacy Notice
This notice describes the data used by the SABSUS Site workspace and sites, and why it is needed.

1. Data used
The service processes email, profile name, company details, access permissions and connection data for sign-in and administration. Sites store source files, versions, domains, uploaded media and technical operation logs.
2. Purposes
This data supports sign-in, site management, access security, publishing, usage accounting, billing support and error diagnosis.
3. Payments and integrations
The payment provider processes the data needed for subscription checkout. The workspace shows subscription status and billing documents. If you connect another service, data is shared within the connection and permissions you approve.
4. Access and retention
Access is limited by account and company permissions. Files and versions can remain after removal from publication for the technical retention period; content referenced by a published site is protected against accidental deletion.
5. Your controls
In the workspace you can view your profile, change its name, request a password reset, revoke OAuth connections and remove unused site files. For other data requests, use the contact details in your subscription documents or on the main SABSUS site.
